1. Subscription Refunds
- Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of the subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within this period by contacting us at contact@houslly.com.
- After the 7-day refund window has passed, no refunds will be issued, as subscriptions are considered fully utilized.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for the initial subscription period. Renewals or upgraded plans are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a refund, the agency must not have exceeded the property listing limit included in the subscription plan.
3. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please email us at contact@houslly.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following details:
- Your subscription plan (6 months, 1 year, or 1.5 years)
- The email address associated with your account
- Reason for your refund request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued if there is evidence of misuse of the platform or violations of our terms of service.
- Partial refunds are not available for cancellations made mid-subscription.
5. Payment Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
